Mike Paoletta

Mike runs the show at our flagship location in Old Greenwich. A die-hard Yankee fan and Stamford native, Mike has been part of the Garden Catering family for 14 years!

Favorite Sandwich:
Meatball Parm with Grilled Pepperoni.

Victor Sanchez

Victor has been with Garden Catering before there was a Garden Catering! He was one of the original chef’s at Main Street Seafood, run by Garden Catering owner Frank Carpenteri Sr., in the 80′s. Known for his killer daily specials, Victor is, and forever will be, a GC original.

Juanaco!

Mario Medina

Another Main Street Seafood chef, Mario has been part of the Garden Catering team for over 20 years. He has worked every position in the house, and ran the Old Greenwich Catering Kitchen for years before moving up the line to help open our newest branch in Fairfield, CT (Mario loves the 2 minute commute!)

Favorite aspect of managing the Fairfield store:
Seeing many of his Old Greenwich “regulars” from years passed who have moved up the line!

Pedro Poroj

Chef Pedro helps to run the ever expanding catering kitchen at our flagship store in Old Greenwich. A native of Guatamala and soccer aficienado, Pedro always keeps an even keel, even when pushing out hot trays of food for an 800 person meal.

Monika Rodriguez

Monika Rodriguez has the unofficial record of most days at work without a frown. Cheerful as they come, Monika makes everyone around her happier…even if they don’t want to be! Monika currently manages our Downtown Stamford store. If you are ever in the area for a Jerry Springer, Maury Povich or Steve Wilkos taping…go see who the baby daddy is then go see Monika for some nuggets!

Spending time with her 3 sons!
